Mortgage Protection Shield is a lead generation service that connects consumers interested in mortgage protection insurance with licensed insurance professionals ("Agents") in our network. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker. We do not provide insurance quotes, underwrite policies, or make decisions about insurance coverage.

2. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and a resident of one of the states in which we operate (including but not limited to Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, and Texas). The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and any use by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You will provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's form.
• You have a genuine interest in learning more about mortgage protection insurance products.
• You understand that submitting your information constitutes a request to be contacted by an Agent, and you consent to such contact as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. No Guarantees or Endorsements

We do not endorse or recommend any specific insurance company or Agent. We do not guarantee that you will be offered an insurance policy or that any policy offered will be suitable for your needs. Any agreement for insurance is made directly between you and the Agent or insurance carrier. Your eligibility for any insurance product is determined by the underwriting insurance company.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TerraLegion LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
